Mouse tracking

Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our services and our website. We therefore use Hotjar to better understand the needs of our users and to optimize the services provided on this website. Hotjar technology enables us to acquire a better understanding of the experiences of our users (e.g. how much time users spend on which pages, which links they click, what they like and do not like, etc.) and this helps us to adjust our services in line with user feedback. Data stored via our webshop

The following data is stored by us for the purpose of processing contracts: title, first and last name, address, email address and data entered by users on an optional basis (company name, details of the address, telephone number). We need the data you provide in order to fulfill your contract or for the purpose of pre-contractual requirements. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations. If you cancel your purchase, any data stored by us will be deleted. In the event that a contract is concluded, all data relating to the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period for tax purposes (7 years). The data name, address, goods purchased and date of purchase will also be stored until product liability expires (10 years). Data processing is undertaken on the basis of Section 96(3) of TKG (Austrian Telecommunications Act) and Art 6(1)(a) (consent) and / or (b) (necessary to fulfill the contract) of GDPR.

Registration and user account

Users of our web shop are given the option to create a user account. We provide users with the required information (mandatory optional information fields) during the registration process. We use data entered by users in the course of registration to enable them to make use of our services: users may be emailed with information relevant to registration or to our services, for example regarding changes to the scope of services or technical updates. Where users cancel their user account, their data will be deleted from this account, with the exception of data that must be retained in order to comply with commercial or tax law in accordance with Art. 6 (1)(c) of GDPR. Users are responsible for backing up data if they cancel a contract before the termination date. We are entitled to irretrievably delete all user data stored during the term of the contract. On the basis both of our legitimate interests and of the interests of users in being protected against misuse or other unauthorized use, we store user IP addresses and the time of user activity whenever a user registers or logs in to their account. IP addresses are anonymized or deleted at the latest after 7 days. In principle we do not pass data on to third parties, with the exception of situations where we have to pursue a claim or where we are legally obliged to do so under Art. 6(1)(c) of GDPR.
